Shipping Information: aalobster.com will ship all orders received by 2 PM UPS Overnight Monday through Thursday. Shipments should arrive by noon the following day. If orders are received after 2 PM, they will ship the following day. (Unless other requests are made). Someone has to be at the location to sign for the overnight shipment to make sure the Lobsters are not left unattended. AALobster.com will not guarantee Lobsters if you are unable to be home for the delivery. Arrangements have to be made to allow the shipment to go to a location that someone can receive the Lobsters.

Special Ship Dates: You may place and order to ship at a later date. You only need to advise when you need them shipped in the "Shipping Instructions" field of the checkout screen.

Saturday Delivery: Any orders that would have to ship on Friday for a Saturday delivery will need to be a special quote since Saturday UPS Overnight costs more. Please call the store at (207) 946-5550 to place these Saturday Delivery orders.

Shipping Locations: We are shipping to the continental forty-eight states. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are not available at this time.

Shipment Arrival: You will receive Live Maine Lobster that are a brown-green in color and will change to red when fully cooked. Cooking instructions will be included in each shipment and posted on our website.

Shipping Package:  All Lobster shipments from aalobster.com are packed in Styrofoam cartons, frozen gel packs and salt water soaked news paper.  The outer shell is a cardboard box.   You can read some local Maine News while eating your Lobster!

Shipping Problems: AaLobster.com guarantees the Lobsters to be packed well and arrive alive on the day of the delivery.  Please check the carton to make sure there is no damage or leaking.  Should the package get damaged in shipping warm air could have caused the Lobsters to die.  If any of the Lobsters have not survived please call us at 207-946-5550 or e-mail us at hello@aalobster.com.  The claim needs to be made the day of the arrival of the shipment.
